Basement Parking

It has come to our attention that there are a number of vehicles being parked with one end of the car extending into the common driveway area.

It is a requirement of Strata Regulations that vehicles must be completely contained within there own parking bay/s.

Would you all please check that you are adhering to this regulation, and be advised that should residents continue to not adhere to the parking rules, fines may be enforced to ensure compliance and safety for the complex.
